MSP-RAMP for Teachers


    Saint Francis University and Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8 have partnered to conduct MSP-RAMP (Reflection and Application of Mathematical Practice), which provides professional development for approximately 40 teachers in school districts within IU8's region. This is a professional development grant opportunity and our target group is secondary math teachers.  Our project goals are to deepen the knowledge of mathematics content and effective instructional pedagogies while establishing a learning community of educators.  

     Follow Up Professional Development Dates:

    • March 23, 2016
      • Make-Up Date:  April 6, 2016

    Follow up participating teacher professional development dates will be held in the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art on the campus of Saint Francis University from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
