Saint Francis University held its first-ever Mentorship Week that ran from October 21-27th.
During the week, nearly 100 alumni and other community members came to our campus to provide career advice, guidance, support, and mentorship to our current students. All four academic schools and many student services departments hosted events.
The areas of the university that offered sessions throughout the week that allowed students to gain deeper insights into their own career and professional goals on their way to "Becoming that Someone" included the following academic departments: Biology, Business, Communications, Chemistry, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Criminal Justice, Education, the Center for Fine Arts, History and Political Science, Mathematics, Nursing, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering, Physician Assistant Science.
Student service areas include: Career Services, the Center for Community Engagement, Student-Athlete Development, and Student-Engagement and Leadership.
